Hi All,
I am seeking some pro bono legal advice with regards to the liability of trustees for debts. I have read relevant charity commission guidance on this point, which clarifies a lot of things, but I would like to speak to an expert to fully understand a specific issue.
I wondered if anyone was able to point me towards any pro bono legal guidance that might be able to help?
