The charity for which I fundraise has recently secured a lease on a high street location.  It's not a charity shop it's a community hub from which to deliver health and well-being projects!  We are currently refurbishing the space, and need to raise capital funds towards the rent @£20k per annum. Any advice, or knowledge based on crafting an approach/ask to local corporates would be superb!
