Good afternoon, 

 

i have a hotel in pangbourne just outside of reading and we regularly hold charity events throughout the year to help support ythe local church, community and also indivuals, however i want to use myself and my team to do other things and hold other new events. i would like to host a charity race night in april which will include the race night and a curry for £10 per ticket and then all the proceeds given to a charity possibly a little out of the area. i was hoping for some suport and advice on a possbly charity and also where i can help promote the event. We will also be hosting a spring fair and also a summer party hoping to help continue out offer of support. I am also looking to send my staff out at weekends and posible evenings to help local charities and fundraisers and would apprecite some more info on how i could do this also.
