Advice for outsourcing Microsoft 365 Compliance

I am currently working on a project for a large charity to identify a new IT system for Finance and Procurement.
I am currently looking at SAGE and LAKE.
Has anyone used these systems and if so what are your thoughts as users. Also has anyone used other systems they could suggest.
