Hi Everybody,
is it expensive to get an accountant to do the accounts for a CIC?
I have no problems doing bookkeeping and accounts myself if I have to, but I'm wondering whether it's affordable to get an accountant. I think I'd appreciate advice on what I can claim as expenses or buy for the CIC, how to account for donations vs sales etc.
Any recommendations for books on the subject would also be welcome! There seem to be all sorts of irrelevant results when I search on "community interest company".
