Hello everyone my name is Jenny Gerald I run a small charity with three other trustees. We have been in operation for nearly 3 years come October, we are seeking an accountant that won't break us. We have no running cost, not much capital. 

This year we concentrated on a fundraising event that we planned from last September. We were asked by the council to pay for everything including publication, which we did. The council  cancelled our event 3 weeks before as health and safety did not have time to look at our plans, so you can imagine how we are feeling right now. As you know, most of us rely on donations to make anything happen. We have been told we will not be getting our money refunded ,so we feel as if we have been stolen from.

However moving forward we need an accountant. Any recommendations welcomed.
