Hi All.  I am Chair of Trustees of a charity.  I am due to have a baby soon.  I don't want to give up my role as Chair of Trustees but realise I need a period of not having my responsibilities of Chair so I can get used to caring for my new baby.  We are thinking of having other Trustees take over some of the roles for a period of time but I would remain the named Chair and at some point later in the year I would return to my role.  I have been trying to look into if there is any legal guidance on this but can't find any.  Has anyone come across this situation before?  Any advice?
