Mentoring for small charity leader

Martha Meek Development Manager at River Waveney Trust Posted 2 years ago

Hi, I am manager at a small environmental Rivers Trust charity in Norfolk/Suffolk. I am looking into finding a mentor and wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions. We are 3 members of staff and about to take on a fourth. I don't have any professional management or financial qualifications and I feel that a mentor would be a really good step to move us forwards as we start to take on more projects. If anyone has any suggestions please send them my way! Many thanks
