I confess to having under-utilised all that Charity Connect offers, so I feel a bit guilty coming along now, cap in hand. Today is my last day after 7 years working for a national youth work charity. It's been fun, frustrating, confusing and complicated, but I'm preaching to the choir here about life in the charity sector. This isn't a plea for sympathy; it's a self-promotion plug if anyone out there is looking for an experienced Operations person, or interim CEO, or a similar senior role, get in touch! I have over 30 years of working experience and most of it is in the 3rd sector, a lot based around Christian youth work. I'm based in Scotland.
