I've got a GDPR question I was hoping someone could help with. Some of our charity's volunteers have opted into receiving our fundraising emails, however, when we asked our volunteers again, at a later date, not everyone who had initially signed up to the emails opted in. There was no option to opt out, just an option to opt in. Does this mean that we can no longer email those who initially opted in, or are we okay to still contact them as on the second occasion they didn't opt out, they just didn't opt in.
I hope that makes sense, any advice would be great!
