We're looking at moving some of our training modules to being online. Currently we host using Zoom and have a 90 minutes information session about volunteering with the charity followed by a 90 minutes induction again on Zoom but we would like the induction to become an interactive training that can have added on modules like health and safety, GDPR, venue risk assessment etc and be done when the volunteer is able to do them.  

We have decided to look into this partly because our volunteer manager works part time but trainings are done in the evenings and partly because our volunteer demographic has changed from mostly retirees to working parents or working volunteers.  

I would love some recommendations and examples please.
