Original or Digital Signatures on Written Resolutions etc

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can advise if it's acceptable to use digital signatures on official documents, specifically for a Written Resolution for amendment to Constitution? We can get the trustees who are physically present to sign, but thinking for those joining via videocall? Any recommendations welcome 🙏

You can do it on some documents, but I'm not sure about constitution changes.

I'm not sure if you'd need to, for example if you had sufficient people attending in person.

I've done it by way of digital signature and not had a problem.
However, my approach was to make it a written resolution, rather than a resolution at a meeting, as it was then under the remit of the guidance within the constitution for written things by email.
