Premium Donations and incentivised giving examples?

Hi everyone,
I'm doing a bit of research into charities that have used 'premium donations'. I'm trying to get examples from when other charities may have done this, the type of 'gifts' that were been offered and messaging used. But I'm hitting a bit of a wall when googling/trying to find these examples.

Everything i've seen so far are now theory based rather specifc working examples.
I wanted to put out a call on here in case anyone had worked on something like this or just knew of some organisations that have done this?
