We order between 20-30 shirts/hoodies a year to support our event fundraisers. Often the garment is personalised, and we use a widely available shirt type (AWDis). We provide the designs, created by a designer. However, we've been through two different printers because they keep making mistakes (such as changing the fonts) or because they haven't been reliable/responsive. I just want a printing organisation that responds promptly to an email (say, within half a day) and can use the provided designs (usually provided as an SVG file) in the proof as well as the final print.

Does any one have any reliable recommendations for who you use? Willing to pay a bit more if it means reliable communication and decent print work!
