What is the policy of taking notes/ minutes/notes at Redundancy discussions leading to a Redundancy?

One would think they would be mandatory, and an essential requirement. Also that this requirement would be listed in, say, a code of practice, or even better - mandatory in law.

I understand that the current govt's legislation on Workers' Rights is now law. Is this aspect (ie - notes/minutes to be taken at Redundancy Meetings/Discussions) covered in the legislation?
