Hi All,
I am Elisabetta a volunteer for a non-profit organisation thank you for accepting me in this community.
Currently, I am actively keen on getting some new options for rewarding the volunteers for their time in supporting, developing and making the organisation's duties go forward smoothly and efficiently.
The CEO and I are interested in offering a scheme based on how many hrs they volunteering for us rather than reimbursing expenses.
Our organisation is based in Wales although our volunteers are spread everywhere in the UK due to the fact some of them are managing remotely some of our departments.
It would be very appreciated to share your advice with us.
