We are looking to start delivering online sessions with schools via Zoom, and I am curious how other organisations have handled questions around safeguarding. E.g. how do you handle cameras being on in children's homes? How do you set out expectations at the booking stage? Have you pursued photo permissions for these sessions? etc. Any thoughts or even if anyone is happy to share the phrasing they have used in their documents, would be incredibly useful to me writing our approach.
