Seeking accessible residential training venues

I work for a national disability charity supporting people affected by Spinal Cord Injury. All of our services are peer-led and we ran a number of training and development events on an annual basis, most of which are residential.
We find it challenging year on year to secure training venues which have a large number of accessible bedrooms and for some of our training events hotels are not ideal.
This is very niche but if anyone has any suggestions or gems within the UK that we may not have explored, please let me know.
