Sharing beneficiary images with corporate partners

Hi everyone :) hoping someone has some advice!
Corporate partners frequently ask us for images of our work in action. We need to make sure we're getting the right consents and whether we're allowing the right types of usage or giving our partners too much freedom with how they use imagery of our beneficiaries in their comms.
Does anyone have a bank of images of their work that they allow their corporate partners to use? How do you word the consent with beneficiaries to allow third parties to use their photo, and do you have usage rules about it for partners?
Any help much appreciated!
