Hello everyone,

I’m on a mission to improve my interview performance for social media jobs I apply for. I usually get asked the same type of question that I would love to analyse and get people’s thoughts on so as to answer the questions effectively.

The question is this:  Can you think of another social media account that does (insert activity of organisation you’ applying for) well? And what can we do better?

I’d like to hear from interviewers who have asked this question, or anyone else if they have come across this question: 

What exactly is the goal of the question? What are the interviewers looking for? How can the second half of that question be answered well? Does the organisation really want to do (that activity) better? Or are they just trying to get opinions? Also, what if you can’t think of any way that the organisation can do better on their social media?! How else would this question be answered?
