Start-up not-for-profit structure advice.

Rhys Owen LorryLearn Posted 4 years ago

Hello,
I'm new to the community and would like to thank you for reading and considering my question.
I am in the process of setting up a not-for-profit organisation aimed at providing qualifying universal credit customers with cost-free HGV driver training. In order to do this, I will canvas large transport users for donations to help cover start-up costs, and provide a discounted service to the DWP.
I want to be able to pay myself an income from this enterprise, but the idea would be that any profits would be used to help more people participate in the program.
What would be the best structure to achieve this?
Many thanks in advance.
