Struggling with lack of progression

Hi there - I have about 6 years worth of experience in the charity and public sectors. This includes working in trusts and foundations fundraising.
Currently I am working in a role where there is no progression - I am not allowed to do tasks that I was able to do in previous roles, and do not receive 1:1s or proper annual goals.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to get out of this rut?
