Has anyone got any ideas on how to attract new volunteers to carry out supermarket bucket collections? I personally find them very rewarding and a unique set of skills are indeed required; the ability to stand, smile and engage with public for hours on end is not easy. Is this why volunteers are reluctant to step forward?
