UPDATED- Difficulty finding fundraising volunteers- 2 applicants turned into 2 appointments!

[Hi everyone
I posted two volunteer roles on Reach Volunteering 3 weeks ago and barely an acknowledgement. One is for fundraiser and the other for Corporate engagement and impact consultant.
We operate mainly internationally, which may be a deterrent to someone keen on supporting local communities, but I do suspect that the core mission to support trans people may be the biggest turn-off in this day and age.
What other platforms could I try?]
UPDATE
I have had 2 applicants for Corporate Engagement/Impact who are now both on board! I had contacted 20 people for that role and 2 came good. Turns out I needed to be more patient...
