Hi folks
We're an intersectional feminist charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse. We have an EDI working group, which looks at how to reach all sectors of society and ensure services are accessible, and we want to increase the diversity of our staff team too: this side of the coin is something we are looking at from a recruitment perspective.
I just wondered if anyone else out there has embarked on something like this and would be willing to share things which were particularly helpful, things to avoid, etc.
