"I’d like to know if anyone has recommendations for tools they use for collecting expense claims from volunteers. We are trying to move this online and wanted something simple and inexpensive to use."

Hi - this is not something I've done personally, but I've seen that Xero offers a really simple expenses tool that helps streamline it all, and they have a 25% discount on their plans for registered charities. You can find out more via links below, best of luck!
