We have just started using Sales Force and wondered whether anyone could recommend a Salesforce training supplier or has someone in their charity who would be prepared to offer some beginners training? Help would be much appreciated

Did Salesforce not offer training as a part of the package? I know I did my Salesforce training with our account manager who was able to tailor it perfectly because they knew exactly how we were using it.

Good Afternoon Chris,
I can recommend an organisation called Economic Change, who offer excellent support for not-for-profits and charities on implementing Salesforce.  You will be able to access their FREE online CRM planning Course here https://www.economicchange.co.uk/access-our-free-online-crm-planning-course/
Further details on their Salesforce Support can be found here https://www.economicchange.co.uk/salesforce-support-non-profits/
I wish you luck.
Best wishes,
Gary Seaman
