Hello I have been a trustee of a small charity for over a year, much of it during COVID so the contact with other trustees is on Zoom now or by email. My question is how trustees should decide priorities. At present it appears largely decided by the Chair and the Chief Executive. As trustees we recive alot of information, especially before meetings though there are not many decisions to make. I would welcome suggestions how I address this.
