This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
Chair refusing to tell trustees to stay out of day to day running of project. I am an employee and have had trustees telling my customers off, shouting at me because I was in the middle of a conversation with a colleague and so not free for a conversation. The chair said he would do something about this in a couple on months when there is a new structure in place and we have a CEO. I’m currently the only full time employee doing the brunt of the work. What can I do?
