Hi all,
Apologies if this has been covered before... does anyone have any (free) sources they could recommend for benchmarking - at least in the charity sector, but all sectors even better - of benefits such as sick pay, leave provisions, and so on? We already use Brightmine for pay benchmarking, but don't pay for the benefit module.
Any suggestions or recommendations very welcomed!
