Hi all, has anyone developed a volunteer style guide?
We currently use our organisational style guide when crafting volunteer comms, but volunteers have told us that the tone can feel corporate and inauthentic.
We'd like to develop something specifically for all staff to support them when communicating with and about volunteers. Any thoughts or experiences are welcome!
