Our organisation has really been hit by Covid and for last few years our income has been under £10,000 but for 2024/25 it's gone upto £12,000. Really confused about the requirements for annual report for Annual Return due on 31 Jan 26. We only needed to submit income and expenditure before. We are a charitable company atm. Planning to change to CIO next year.
