This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
I am about to take over a charity (as staff) and their existing bank accounts will need to be "transferred into my name".
Does this mean their bank will carry out credit checks on me? Does anyone know whether those potential credit checks will affect a re-mortgage in my personal life?
