What do we need to continue overseas expansion?

Hi, I work for a CIO which has its area of operations (activities) in the England and Wales. We intend to extend our operations to other countries in EU and Asia. I want to know:
1. What changes in the documentation do we need to make?
2. Do the relevant changes need Charity Commission's approval?
Would be grateful if anyone can guide.
