Does anyone have experience with charity mergers and acquisitions? It would be great to hear how the process was for you, especially in the case of very small charities. For context, one is registered in the UK and the other is registered in Austria. We are looking at either one charity taking over the other's work and assets, or both organisations continuing as separate entities but operating together.

It would be great to hear from those who have explored or carried out both of these merger options, or have any other insights to share.
