No luck with opening a bank account

Hi All,
I am new to Charity Accounting and new to the Forum. We currently use Sage 50 for recording transactions. From what I can see, Sage 50 Charity, does not allow the option of producing a receipt, it prompts you to raise an invoice.
We have a company who pays a monthly donation into the charity bank account, what is the best/correct way to account for this?
