Where to find a funder that could help with building refurbishment?

Hi Everyone,
What a fantastic way to get like minded people together that potentially could help and support one another.
Im a project Manager based in the Rathcoole Housing estate in North Belfast.
Im currently working on an Empowering Young People Project funded under the National Lottery however we have outgrown our facility ( Is that good or bad)?
Im on here to see if there is anyone that could point me in the right direction to find a funder that could help with building refurbishment. We have be given a building but needs a lot of work done to it. We have carried out a business plan and its absolutely brilliant if i say so myself.
We have a new recording suite to go in along with a film editing suite, a creative lap to manufacture 3D Printed products along with much more.
Anyway, i hope to get to know more of you on here.
