I volunteer for a small charity (The Mlambe Project) as Marketing and Comms Director. It's a completely self-taught role, and so I am looking for advice on #GivingTuesday. To be honest, I feel a bit clueless about how small charities are supposed to make the most of 'the world's biggest day of giving'? (Especially with no budget and now just 6 days to prepare?)
Has anyone got any advice?
I have also seen that Facebook are matching up to a total of £200,000 in donations
that are made on Facebook to nonprofits based in the United Kingdom on Tuesday 28th November. I haven't even set up the donate button on our Facebook page yet, but if anyone has and is hoping to use it on GivingTuesday to get the most out of this offer, I would really
appreciate your advice!
