Hi all, As part of my role here at Hereford Cathedral, I am working on making us a more accessible workplace (as well as a more accessible visit venue - but that's a whole other challenge...)

I'm asking our existing staff and volunteers what would help, but obviously the people working here now are the people who are able to! I'm talking to various groups, to get their insight, but I just thought I'd open the question up to my fellow CharityConnecters - you all work in very different environments so I thought you'd have a wide range of experiences.

Essentially - what makes a workplace a more accessible and appealing place to work? I'm thinking not just about physical impairments and access, but also what makes a workplace better for people with chronic conditions or mental health concerns.
