We'd welcome any suggestions/advice on suitability of amendments, drafted using an old constitution to bring it up to date with current practices for needs of a small membership charity with low income.Â
Happy to share both the current constitution and first draft, with some queries that have been raised with trustees. It's for a registered charity and company limited by guarantee in England.
