Advice on recruiting a director for new CIC

CIC

Kayleigh Grace Ditchburn Art Therapist at Arts Stream Posted 1 year ago

Hi! I'm currently in the process in switching from a sole trader to a CIC and hoping to recruit a volunteer director to allow me to achieve this.
Is anyone able to provide any advice, guidance or direction in how to go about this? Any guidance/ help would be much appreciated.
My vision/ mission: Providing safe spaces that offer access to therapy services, therapeutic workshops, talks and mentoring; supporting people to express themselves and connect with people within their communities through the arts.
Thank you,
Kayleigh
