Affordable buildings and office space in Guildford

Hi everyone,
We're looking to move from our current warehouse in Guildford to a small office in the area and wondered if any other charitable organisations would be looking to share space or if anyone knows of any schemes that provide affordable spaces.
We ideally need space for two workers, some storage and two parking spaces with electrical power (which we can plumb in if necessary).
We could offer the use of our CCTV and EV charger.
The charity is City Gate Community Projects which trades as FareShare Sussex & Surrey. We supply surplus food to other charities and community groups so have our vans loaded in Brighton, driven up to Guildford where our volunteer team then drive to Surrey projects doing the deliveries.
The ideal would be a secure location but open to other options.
