All I've got is an idea

I don't know where to start to be honest, I've looked at the .gov site and searched chat boards for advice on how to start a charity but it all goes over my head. I believe my idea will be successful but basically i need someone to do everything, I obviously aren't wanting/expecting that but that's the level of knowledge I am at right now.

Any and all help will be appreciated.
