Annual Reports - tools, platforms advice

Hi all,
Thrilled to have found this platform, putting my first question out there.
We are writing another annual report and Id really like to make it look and sound a bit more put together and engaging. We are youth based and our digital capabilities aren't really lining up with that.
Just wondering if anyone knows of any tools, platforms or even example annual reports, ideas of how to format it well.
Any advice is appreciated.
