Does anyone's board have a mechanism for the trustees to give feedback to each other? I'm thinking 360 degree appraisal type processes.
If so are they anonymous?
Is it delivered directly or via the Chair or a 3rd party?

Secondly: Is any performance or even just meeting attendance statistics provided to members in annual reports or when re-electing trustees?
