I got a letter from our bank yesterday. Coop Bank.
They are asking for:
Full legal name, nationality, date of birth and residential address of all trustees.
This is because they are “key account parties” which include controlling or influential individuals involved in the organisation even if they do not have account access."
We of course have this and it's on companies house anyway. This is the first time I've been asked for it in seven years. It just seems a bit over the top to me and any comments welcome!!
