Banks for CICs? Any recommendations?

We're a new CIC and having a bit of a nightmare getting a bank account up and running! We've signed up with Starling but their support is non-existent and we're in limbo as they have not sent the instructions to the second partner.

So, are there any recommendations for banks (I prefer neobanks) for CICs?
