Hello,

My client (a charitable trust and Company Ltd by guarantee) banks with CAF Bank but I find their online platform incompatible when generating supporting documents for grant applications.

I am recommending my client changes to another bank but the question is, why are CAF bank so useless at providing proper statements and what other benefits do they provide for charities which make them the recommended bank for charities?

Can anyone recommend another bank which is particularly good for charities?

I could just recommend one of the big high street banks but not sure if this is the best solution.
