Hi,
I run a small charity in the north east of England, we have a board of 3 trustees including myself as the chair. I work full time and have managed this charity in my spare time, however it's becoming increasingly busier and really needs someone employed who can help the charity grow. In an ideal world I would love to work for the charity as I am the founder and have grown the charity to where it is today.
I know there are restrictions to me actually being on the board which I understand and would be willing to step down as long as we had suitable trustees on board.
What other things would need to be in place for me to be able to do this?
