Hi everyone, I need advice.

I run an inspiring CIC involving young people in outdoor activities. We doing amazing work & definitely having impact on local communities, with my dedication & determination we have great portfolios of projects & impressive partnerships. Someone said that from outside & on social media, it’s looks like the organisation running at least for 6years ( we are just 4years old).

In reality i have small team of volunteers & I am working full time on it. But atm I am not even able to put myself on payroll or pay myself a salary that will even cover a small mortgage. I love my work & i see the bright future but I need to increase my income.

To subsidise my income, I managing some airb&b on side as self employed person. It’s a little bit of work but helps me to focus on CiC as well.

Question: Can I put the jobs through the CIC ( then it will help me to put myself on the payroll ) even it’s different industry, what will help me to get a mortgage. In our constitution we have closures /that we could provide additional services not mentioned in memorandum. Will be appropriate.

Any advice?
